Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Your rights under CCPA §1798.120 and CPRA §1798.121

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. "Sharing" under CPRA includes disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use your data for behavioural advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. However, if you have opted in to data collection in Settings > Data & Privacy, we may license or sell aggregated, fully-anonymised receipt data to third parties. This anonymised dataset contains no personal identifiers — faces, addresses, account numbers, and precise locations have been irreversibly blurred or removed before any transfer.

How to opt out

You may opt out at any time using any of the following methods:

• In the App: go to Settings > Data & Privacy and toggle off data collection / dataset contribution.
• By email: send a request to support-budget.app@logicalsolutionsinnovations.com with the subject line "CCPA Do Not Sell / Share Request". Include the email address associated with your CountaBill account.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we honour it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing. No additional action is required.

Our response commitment

We will acknowledge and process your opt-out request within 15 business days. Opt-out applies to future data collection; data already anonymised and stored in our training dataset cannot be re-linked to your identity.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights. Opting out of data collection does not affect your access to the App's core features.
